St Christopher Homes builds sustainable family homes across Surrey, Kent and the South East. Every development is structured through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle. St Christopher Capital arranges loan note finance in support of each project.

Eligible investors receive a fixed return, backed by a debenture over the development SPV registered at Companies House, plus an equity position held by St Christopher Capital on their behalf. Capital is returned at maturity.

Secured Against Property

A debenture over each development SPV is registered at Companies House. St Christopher Capital also holds an equity position in each SPV on behalf of noteholders.

Fixed Income

Returns are fixed at subscription in a formal loan note instrument. Full terms are available to eligible investors following eligibility confirmation.

Aligned Interests

St Christopher Capital holds equity in each development SPV on behalf of noteholders, directly aligned with the successful delivery of every project.
